Around the NPC: 2011 Atlantic States

The 2011 NPC Bev Francis Atlantic States were held on June 4th at the Tribecca Performing Arts Center. Four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler guest posed, just as he was beginning his prep for the 2011 Olympia.
